the world's finest flute makers and distributors. The MPIMC is open to flutists of all ages at different stages of their career. There are 3 divisions: Master

June 25- June 30 2018. JEFFREY KHANER FLUTE FESTIVAL. The Jeffrey Khaner Flute Festival features interactive courses and masterclasses with Jeffrey Khaner,
principal flute of the Philadelphia Orchestra, and Mimi Stillman, founder of the Dolce Suono Ensemble. Sessions include warm-up classes, breathing techniques, and mental
performance study. Student participants will play several times during the week in the master classes and receive individualized attention from Jeffrey Khaner.
Due to the limited number of student spots available, participants may also audit. Auditors enjoy the benefit of taking part in all courses and attending all
master classes. All flutists are encouraged to apply.

“The Art of Teaching” is a comprehensive, collaborative weekend open to the most important members of our flute community: teachers! Led by acclaimed
pedagogues ALBETO ALMARZA, JEANNE BAXTRESSER, LORNA McGHEE, SOO-KYUNG PARK and LEA PEARSON “The Art of Teaching” will feature round-table discussions,
specialized classes, and musical workshops. Participants are encouraged to share their own experiences, while gaining valuable knowledge and inspiration to bring back
